Tony from E & F was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, informative and professional. His bid on the job was within the range I was expecting and he completed the job, including a couple of extras, within the estimate. There were problems working with the city permit office and Tony went the extra mile to get things worked out so that I would qualify for an EB&B grant. He also worked with the structural engineer who drew up the plans when the city wanted some changes. When the job started, the crew was prompt, efficient, and worked hard. They cleaned up the job site before they left every day and kept me posted on their progress and anticipated targets. Tony's estimate was for a 3 week job, an even with the add-ins they were within 1 day of the goal. I would hire E & F again in a heartbeat.
