She told me that I'd get them in approximately 8 weeks, which would realistically be by the end of April. I started calling Joanna during the middle of May and had to call 4 times before she would even return one of my phone calls and she seemed very hostile with me. I paid $1280 up front and thought it was strange that I hadn't seen or heard from her, and then she told me they would possibly be ready in July. I would either like for Joanna to return my $1280 deposit or give me the shutters within 10 days. There's no reason the shutters shouldn't be here by now.
