Called Dean mid-April.  she set an appointment for the following Wednesday (I wasn't in a hurry).  But then I got a message that she needed to move my appointment because she scheduled an appointment too soon following my appointment.  I work from home one day per week and she was already booked the following week on that day.  It was four weeks before she came (I did tell her it was not urgent).  She was a bit late because of traffic.  She installed the KVM but it did not work on the laptop we had at the house.  It worked on her laptop so she said "I don't know why it won't work on your laptop but it works on my laptop.  Maybe your laptop is older (which it is).  I am sure it will work on other newer laptops.  I said I would use it with a newer work laptop and we should trouble shoot but she didn't know what to trouble shoot.  When I brought my work laptop home, I get the KVM to work on the monitor but not the mouse.  It also does not switch between laptop and home PC.  I have to turn off the work laptop to get to my home PC. She said she wasn't sure why the service regarding the router would disable my phone but did rewire it.  When she was at my house, we rebooted the router and it was okay.  But the next time I had to reboot the router, it did not work.  In fariness, she said this may be a Comcast item (service is through Comcast) rather a computer item. She set up the print function on the iPad but could not get it to work for anything other than the test page.  Left me with documentation to read and I have never gotten it to work. I asked her to work on a connection issue with Citrix to my work and she decided not to do this because "It's a pain to work with company resources to trouble shoot."  It was the main reason I called her and she came during the week to ensure I had support from work to trouble shoot.  I had someone standing by to help with this trouble shooting.  But after 2 hours, she said she needed to leave for the next appointment and never did any trouble shooting on this.

She was very quick and efficient. She didn't have to explain every single step what she was going to do as I was not computer savvy. She explained that either way so that I knew what my options were. She gave me a log of what she did and the viruses that she cleaned out. She told me how to prevent such viruses from coming back in the future. She even told me when to have my maintenance done to keep my computer running smoothly. She basically gave me a lot of information about maintaining my computer. Her charges were very reasonable.
