This was an unusually heavy cleaning project including removal of 2 carpets that were 35-45 years old. Three men worked all day in one room. The occupant books remained in the room, and Cyber vacuumed the tops of hundreds of books and wiped down the shelves. The company helped me haul away several pieces of furniture. This project was successful and went from a non-hygienic to super clean, immaculate space, including cleaned hardwood floors. Highly recommended!

Did not provide deep cleaning services consistently for both apartments. they were hired to DEEP CLEAN TWO vacant apartments Did not adequately clean second studio apt that was not remodeled Omitted cleaning outer kitchen cabinets doors base board trim, omitted cleaning kitchen window in second unit. Did not wipe bathroom doors down or clean door mirror kitchen and bathroom floors was inadequately clean dirt left in corners behind toilet. Over charged for cleaning services. Staff were nice but unable to provide adequate deep cleaning services lack appropriate tools.
