Jesse arrived on time, ran diagnostic tests and identified the problem as either a damaged video card tor damaged monitor.He said he was fairly certain it was the video card but he would return in two days with a new video card and a monitor.  He arrived on time for the second appointment and replaced the video card, ran several tests, and that resolved the problem.  He had me  me check several sites and applications to make sure everything was working.

Jesse was very knowledgeable and was careful with the furniture and flooring.  Everything was returned to its original condition.  I am very satisfied with his work and will call him again when I need computer services.  Very professional, highly recommended.

I have a laptop given to me from a friend that I couldn't get to work, and I have very, very old desktop tower that was running so slowly. I wanted to cleanup the desktop and transfer my info to the laptop so I could get rid of desktop. Since I am fairly new to the East Bay, I didn't have a Computer Tech contact for repair or recommendations on my personal computer. Found Stephen Campbell on Angie's list with a couple of great recommendations. Sent him an e-mail and he called me back within a day to schedule an appointment at my convenience. Stephen arrived on time with everything he need to complete the job. He got rid of what was slowing my desktop down, as well as copied my info to the laptop and recommended that I keep the desktop as it still has some great life and good use. To my delight, I now have a fully functioning desktop and laptop that are both up to speed. Stephen keeps very current on what is happening in the computer world and specializes in personal and home-based small business computer systems. I found him online and he is very close to where we live. He was able to come to our house and look at our system. He has a very good technical background and is very well qualified. He works on both Macintosh and Windows systems and laptops. He can also consult on network. He was very good and he did a great job. He came on time and fixed something which I couldn’t even begin to fix.
