Cliff completed the job as specified but his speed for completion was slower than expected, for his price level. Also, he did not consult with me before buying materials, instead taking the purchasing of materials upon himself (often, trips to and from the hardware store are rolled into the hourly amount spent on the job). Finally, as other reviewers note - he has a soft-spoken manner. While it was easy to communicate with Cliff, in comparison with other handymen that I've worked with, his level of clarity and general professionalism were lower.

He did a good job. He was on time and really reasonable. The work was really time sensitive and he went out of his way to help me.
