This is the second time that we've hired this company to clean our furnace, ducts and dryer vent. Juan and a crew of two men arrived on time, and worked so quickly and efficiently. We found a problem with one of our air ducts that resulted in very little air flowing through one of the vents, and ended up replacing about 25 feet of air duct. Even with that "surprise", the crew finished the job under the time they estimated to get the work done. The work was fast and clean, and they left the place spotless. See you guys in two years!

ClearThumb did a great job of cleaning my dryer vent. They really know what they are doing. They were very polite and professional.

We had moved the furniture to expose all the ducts and they removed the covers and used a duct cleaning machine with brushes to clean all the vents and ducts in floors and ceilings. e have a 2 story home.. Very thorough.

They did mess up our heat.  They had to stay for about  2 hours after they were done because our vents were not working. But they were very thorough and helpful. We learned half the vents stopped working due to a change that they made and changed the airflow. No body knew what had happened and had to contact another provider over the phone to get the issue resolved.

Very impressed by this company.  Called and set up an appointment.  The person taking the call was extremely pleasant and personable and answered any questions I had.  On the day the service was scheduled, they called in advance to let me know they were on their way and they arrived early.  The crew was very polite and efficient, they made sure to explain what they would do, and checked in with me as they did it so I could see what was going on.  They cleaned up after themselves and really by the end I wished I had more things for them to do as it was such a great experience.  Have already recommended them to a couple of friends.  My dryer vent has never been so clean, and my laundry drying time has been cut considerably as a result.  As far as cost, they are definitely competitve, and given the excellent service I got, a bargain.

Clearhumb did a great job and I would recommend them.  We hired them to clean out our dryer vent because our dryer hadn't been working too well.   They came on time (in fact a bit early), cleaned out the vent using some kind of router brush (I think that's what they called it), and replaced the dryer vent hose behind the dryer (at no extra charge), because they said our existing dryer hose was dented.  After they were finished they showed me all the damp lint that they had cleaned out of the vent (all the way from the laundry room, through the ductwork underneath the house, to the outside duct vent).  It was a pretty big pile of mess, and I could see why our dryer hadn't been working well.  They were very courteous, professional, gave us a few tips on how to check the dryer vent to see if it's clogged, replaced the dryer hose at no cost, and didn't try to sell us any other services.  A really fine job.

This was the best job I have ever seen done by a duct cleaning service. They were immaculate. Many do nor remove the registers and clean them. They do. Many do not clean the cold air return from both above and below floor level. They do. Many do not take the time to seal open entries in register boots where heated gas escapes to the garage or crawl space. They do. Their truck and equipment are clean and well presented. Their employees are courteous. The owner stopped by to visit.

The best service experience I have ever had. On time, extremely professional.The work was more involved than I expected , the care and attention to detail provided by this crew was remarkable.Alex,Diego and crew obviously take pride in doing a good job. Cost was as promised (very reasonable compared to other quotes ),no sales pitch for extras. I would recommend this company without reservation.

I have been having horrible allergies since I have moved into my new house and I decided to call someone to clean out our air ducts which appeared to be filthy, hoping this will improve my allergies.
After calling around to several companies for quotes I called Clearthumb. Unlike the other companies I have called, the guy who answered the phone was very pleasant and answered my (many) questions clearly and patiently. He didn't seem annoyed like the other three I called.
Their quote was fair and they seemed like they know what they're talking about, so I decided to call them out.
They techs arrived right on time and did an amazing job. They were friendly, professional and most important - they made sure they take all of the dust and dirt with them so that it doesn't fly all over my house. 
It's been a week now and my allergies have improved drastically!
Every day that passes now without allergies, I think about how glad I am that I called Clearthumb. I will hire them again in a couple of years when the dirt starts building up in my vents again.
