Founded in 2013 City Maintenance is the result of listening to our clients needs for a responsible maintenance and cleaning service company. Our hard work and excellent customer service was recognized immediately which resulted in several HOA and Multi-family accounts in Hayward, Oakland and San Francisco. We leveraged our commitment and passion for maintenance, cleaning and customer service. We recently have grown our business to include retail and office space, fitness and shopping centers, condominiums and apartment homes in the SF East Bay area. Many of our clients are private landlords who prefer not to deal with work orders which is why we provide our customers with reasonable rates and 24/7 service. Our mission is to provide the best maintenance service possible by maximizing service and communication and minimizing problems for our customers. We are here to make things easier for you. City Maintenance is fully insured and bonded and all of our employees go through extensive background and reference checks. Meeting your needs is our top priority .
