CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES

It went very well. The staff was very professional, supportive and engaged. We were able to arrange what we wanted at a very reasonable price. The person who was ultimately our funeral director responded to our needs immediately, which included responding to a call at 2am. I was impressed.

They were extraordinarily patient and comforting. They provided really good advice and overly explained the options really well to make sure I understood them. This was really good as sometimes there are things I do not understand or think I understand but later when I hear the explanation I realize I did not understand it. They were very thorough and helped plan the service. There is usually a dollar associated with every service they perform but they were however very generous and did not charge me for everything. They provided physical support at the ceremony and also helped stage the room. They went above the call of duty to make sure the funeral went well and they helped make things easier for everyone. It was a very good experience using them.
