They were very professional. They arrived at my home, right on time. The man doing the work looked clean cut, he gave me different pricing options and different packages to choose from. He did the work fairly quick and non-invasive. One thing I noticed was how much more detailed this type of cleaning is. Steam cleaning I had in the past, and it seemed like a basic procedure, they wouldn't even vacuum before they cleaned. This company does good work, a bit pricier than steam cleaning, but worth the difference. I got my living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms, hall and stairs done, and it all looks great, even the heavy soiled entrance to my place. Good job overall.

FIRST ARRIVED AND TOLD ME WHY THE COUPON I HAD COULD NOT BE USED. GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND PROCEEDED TO WORK IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER AND WAS ABLE TO FINISH IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME AND DID THE SERVICE WAS A JOYFUL PERSON AND LIKED TO TALK. THE WORK WAS FAST AND CLEAN. THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND CHEAP. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND HELPFUL ON HOW TO TAKE OUT STAINS.

THE GUY, CARLOS, DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH SPOT CLEANING. HE DID THE HEAVY TRAFFIC AREAS REALLY WELL.
