Excellent experience. The inspector was on time, very thorough, and explained , including pictures, what he found. We were sent a copy of the report and pictues with an estimate of costs to repair the issues found within 5 working days. I would definitely use this company again as well as recommend them.

Dylan did a complete inspection, explaining as he went what he found. He made suggestions and advised about what needed immediate attention. He provided a complete report with photos and detailed information. When some areas were not available on the initial date, he completed the inspection later at no additional charge. I consider this to be outstanding service.
