hardwood floor
+ -1 moreI COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH LOWER THEIR PRICE WAS THAN ANY OTHER ESTIMATE I GOT. I WOULD HAVE BEEN NERVOUS TO HIRE THEM EXCEPT THAT THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND. THEY DID A GREAT JOB REFINISHING MY FLOORS, AND FOR THE PRICE YOU CANNOT BEAT IT. THE FOLLOW UP, HOWEVER, WAS TERRIBLE. I WANTED A DIFFERENT TRANSITION PIECE IN A DOORWAY AFTER I HAD PAID THEM FOR THE JOB, BUT THEY NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. FYI, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE IN OAKLAND, THEY CAME TO SAN JOSE TO DO MY JOB.
Description of Work: HARDWOOD FLOOR REFINISHING- THEY TORE OUT THE EXISTING CARPET IN MY LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, AND HALLWAY AND THEN REFINISHED THE HARDWOOD FLOORS UNDERNEATH .
