Hardwood Flooring Service
I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH LOWER THEIR PRICE WAS THAN ANY OTHER ESTIMATE I GOT. I WOULD HAVE BEEN NERVOUS TO HIRE THEM EXCEPT THAT THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND. THEY DID A GREAT JOB REFINISHING MY FLOORS, AND FOR THE PRICE YOU CANNOT BEAT IT. THE FOLLOW UP, HOWEVER, WAS TERRIBLE. I WANTED A DIFFERENT TRANSITION PIECE IN A DOORWAY AFTER I HAD PAID THEM FOR THE JOB, BUT THEY NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. FYI, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE IN OAKLAND, THEY CAME TO SAN JOSE TO DO MY JOB.
