It was a very good experience.
As an apartment owner, this was the answer to a prayer!
BACC has a selection of carpeting that they feel works best, and has reasonable cost, for rental units.  They give out good-sized samples to take to the space to be carpeted so you can 'live' with some possibilities.
What I really like about the way they work is that the price is all-inclusive.  The price per sq. yard includes material, padding, installation, labor, taxes -- everything.  No surprises.    This makes it very easy to compare the different carpets they offer.
I should mention that BACC is also a full-service carpet company.  They have many many sample books and displays and can order any carpeting one wants.  However, their service to rental property owners is unparalleled.
Installation takes 1-2 days advance scheduling.  Communication is excellent - the appointment is confirmed, the installers show up and do the work in an excellent, yet timely, fashion.  We were very happy with the work.  Efficient and well done.
The company sends a bill after installation.
We could not be happier, would use them again and heartily recommend them to others.

I needed a small piece of carpet installed in a hallway in my mother's home to replace a worn piece, and had little time to shop for appropriate carpeting. I am from OOT, and called in advance of my visit to make arrangements. This company dropped off a couple of samples based on what I described in the rest of the house, and due to lack of time, I chose one of them and did not need to visit their showroom.

They sent an installer within the week I was visiting, and they made the replacement efficiently. They also removed an old carpet from one bedroom. I did have to ask the installers to vacuum a second time in the areas where they worked, which they did. (The reason for my only B grade.) Kerry, who I worked with on the phone, was very responsive and helpful, and did all that was needed to get the job completed satisfactorily. I would use them again.

EXCELLENT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. WE USE VERY BASIC FLOORING AND IF AN ITEM BECOMES OBSOLETE, THEY WILL LET US KNOW SO THAT WE CAN VISIT THEIR WAREHOUSE TO MAKE A NEW SELECTION.
