I called around town (Oakland) for quotes on replacing the front passenger window of my 1993 Honda Civic. Glass Pro's price was 40-60% less than its competitors! This was late Saturday mid-day, and they told me I didn't need an appointment; just bring the car in, which I did by about 1:00. The window was replaced within an hour. I'm completely satisfied with the new window. My only quibble is with their clean-up. At first, I thought they had vacuumed up all the glass from the old window (which had been smashed in the night before). However, I have since found some glass pieces in the corners of the interior, so their clean-up was good, but not great. In fairness, though, cleaning up the broken glass was not part of the work that they promised to do.
