A very professional team of tree trimmers came to trim back a row of redwood trees that were along the perimeter of our property. They were on time, completed their work in one day as promised and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. I would use them again.

It was very neat and tidy when they drove off.

Initial contact went smoothly. Quality work, good price. Subsequent contact was extremely unprofessional. No follow up was provided to get the job done. The office manager made promises yet never delivered.

Mike, the estimator, came on time for our appointment, and he was very helpful in planning just how to do the work without over-cutting the trees.
When the crew arrived, on time, they were extremely careful to protect our neighbors' yard. They strung a tarp over the yard to eliminate any danger of limbs falling on their new plantings. The workmen were very quiet - no power tools were used. Even the chipper was not overly noisy.
When they were finished, they cleaned up so thoroughly that we couldn't tell that they had been on the job. Very efficient, very professional crew. We will use them in the future.
