Very reasonable and cheaper price. He knows his appliances extremely well with many years of experience. Very honest and highly sklilled.

Intermittent problem--the worst kind to track down. Problem MUCH improved, however there still may be a computer control issue. Only one instance of flooding since the work done. Am keeping an eye on it. Will call them (him) back if it happens again--seemed to know what he was doing.

Robert originally worked on the machine a couple of months ago and after 2 weeks the machine started doing the same thing as before. Robert promptly came back and readjusted the part and did not charge me a service fee.
Machine worked a couple more weeks and started having the same problem again.

Robert again came to the house at no extra charge and was very comprehensive in explaining my options for getting a new mother board for the machine as opposed to just scouting for a new washer. It was pretty late in the day and I'm sure he had been working hard all day but he stayed for an hour to help us understand the ins and outs of washing machines.
I would call Antone's at the drop of a dime any time for any appliance issues. This was some of the best down home professional service I have seen in a long time.

My first mtg w/Mr. Antone was on 10/22/2013,- he arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The machine would not complete a spin cycle. Mr. Antone replicated the problem, which he was familiar with. He spoke to my husband by phone, gave him the approximate cost of the replacement part. Our second meeting was scheduled for 10/24/2013 - again, he arrived promptly, replaced the board. He is friendly, professional and efficient. If the need arises again I will certainly use his services again. The actual price was less than quoted - great!!

We're very happy with Robert - he's a true professional - and the nice woman on the phone. We will be calling again when any of our our much older appliances need some help.

Mr. Antone showed up the same day, due to a cancellation, and gave me a one hour (not a 2 or 4 hr.) time frame. Very pleasant person; low key, extremely neat and systematic. Very good pricing. I went to the Yellow Pages and looked up and quot;DIshwasher repairand quot; rather than and quot;Appliance repair.and quot; He was the only one listed under this category, and I told him I am glad he had an ad there. I hate looking under the general category of appliance repair, especially when it's hit or miss (because not many appliances of mine have had problems.) I will definitely buy my appliances (Whirlpool and Amana only) through him. He has years of experience and even knew my ancient washing machine. Put your dogs away when he comes! He told me many do not, and he has been bitten five times. I agree: better safe than sorry. My two dogs had to stay out of the kitchen.

Not much to tell. We called he set a time, he came, he fixed. We were thrilled to find a good fixit man because things have a way of going wrong.

He is super honest. He is are down to earth. He is really great. It’s a small company. He is good and his father does the booking. Once you set up an appointment, he is very responsive. He called before he came. I had forgotten about the appointment the very first day. He set up the appointment again and came by. He is really nice guy. He is very confident. He knows what he is doing. He does the work quickly and efficiently. I would give him top rating. I would use him in the future.

He’s always here when he says he’ll be here. He diagnoses the problems before he goes ahead and lets you know what it is going to cost. Both my sister and sister-in-law use him as well.
