I first contacted Aircom cause I barely had any air coming out of some of our air ducts. They responded within minutes and schedule an inspection for me Sean the inspector of Aircom came right on time, climbed up to my attic and found a bad rat infestation in the insulation and damage to our metal air ducts. he explained the options of what needs and can be done. I got a few more quotes just to find out that I got a great deal from Aircom for cleaning my attic and replace all the air ducts in it. The whole work was done in one day while we were in the house. they covered all of the work space with plastic and made sure everything stays clean when they leave. Now my attic is 100% cleaned and sanitized and all of my duct system is brand new and the airflow is better than ever. definitely 5 stars from start to finish. I recommend Aircom to anyone in need of air duct work or attic cleaning.

Sean is the man! I got two left hands and I am the exact opposite of being handy. Besides, if not for the Bay Area real estate automagically adding value to my house, I find this house to be an ever-needing money pit. Anytime my wife and I find something that’s broken that needs fixing, my response is typically a sad groan, preparing myself for the painful ordeal with the contractor/handy man. For once I felt like Sean wasn’t out to get me, he came in, gave me a quote that did not make me want to throw myself to the sharks. It clearly felt like he knew what he was doing and he spoke the right amount of words, did not try to oversell me on the bells and whistles or make me feel like my house was going to burn down if I didn’t buy his services. He got the job done, had a Diet Coke and was out before I knew it. Can every other contractor please be like this guy?
