He came out and began immediately trying to sell me new rollers. He told me it was a safety issue. He tried to sell me some kind of special oil for $271. I had my usual garage company come out and give me a second opinion, and their jaws hit the ground when they heard that price. They also double checked the rollers and let me know there was a safety switch and showed it to me. There was nothing wrong!

Action Alcosta Overhead door company tuned up my 16 year old garage door, replaced the rollers and replaced the springs. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He called to inform me he would be a half hour later than scheduled so I wouldn't wonder when he'd be there. Overall, I was very pleased with his work and my lovely, newly quiet garage door!

They were fine and did a quick job. They told me what was wrong which is what I expected and that was good. Their was a bit of scheduling issue but when I got them on schedule the work was done properly.

My husband and I were very pleased with Action Alcosta Overhead Door's work. They showed up when they said they would, the door works properly, and they explained how the door would work. They showed up on time, everything works so far very well, and so far no complaints. We got 2 bids and they were the lowest of the two.
