It had been done incompetently by the telephone service people recently. He moved the lines to less obtrusive places and crawled into places the phone company was too lazy to go. Prompt, professional and offered to do work I didn't ask for.

Everything everyone else has said about Joel was true for me too. The price was comparable to another person who also had their cable line re-done. I sent a msg on Angie's list and he got back to me within a day or two, pretty quick. That same day he came over and did the whole job within 2-2.5 hours. I checked the cable line to see if my tv would work and sure enough voila - cable line and tv working fine! I'm very pleased with his work and highly recommend him.

Joel was fast, efficient and thorough. He laid the cable such that we an barely see it and cleaned up after himself. He was very knowledgable and extremely pleasant to converse with.

Joel came out originally the day after I called him, but he didn't have the ladder he needed. We scheduled a day that would work for both of us (which was about a week later). He arrived promptly and did the wiring efficiiently.

Joel was excellent, he was on time, very courteous. He was very thorough on his work also made sure everything was labeled. He even offered to come out when the phone company installs our new phones so that if they need any additional wiring or done he will be there to do it at that time.

Joel is excellent at everything he does. He comes prepared to do the job, he explains what he's doing. He makes sure everything is working to my satisfaction before he leaves. This is the 2nd time we've used him for ethernet wiring and we'll definitely call him again in the future if we need the same kind of work.
