They were very extremely efficient and careful in moving the piano in both locations, clearly are very experienced and know what they are doing. They squeezed me into their schedule on very short notice, and stored my piano for an extra week at no extra charge because they were going on vacation. They were very accomodating in terms of the timing of pick-up and delivery, which was a huge help to me. The price was pretty much the standard price in this area, as far as I could tell from other companies I called for the same service. They were right on time in the first location. Bringing the piano to the second location they got lost and were about an hour late. Fortunately I had their phone number and called them and gave them directions (which previously they had said they didn't need), but I felt they should have tried sooner to reach me. The piano was covered with a heavy dust when it was delivered, and that was disappointing. But the dust cleaned off easily (it wasn't greasy or gritty).
