He does good work but he is not reliable when he comes. I would call him and he won't return my call, it was just frustrating. He would come and do what I needed and he would get in and get out.

The quality of work and the timeliness made it an excellent experience. They were the most reasonably priced by far. It was a complete build in patio cover that matched the house which required stucco and all that stuff and they made it a really good job.

He's a perfectionist. He's very easy to work with.

Kelvin did a great job of taking everything out and matching up the paint, baseboards and flooring. Great care was taken in covering the work area in order to not let dust or damage happen to the rest of the room. Work was always started on time and everything was cleaned up at the end of each work day. Kelvin and his assistants were always very courteous and pleasant to talk to. Overall we were very satisfied with Kelvin's work. We would definitely hire him for other projects.
