They did a great job. Communicating with Matt, prior to the job, and getting the estimate was top notch. Matt had an official estimate to me the next morning, after coming out for the estimate. The estimate listed everything that I wanted done. Call this 'professionalism', which I really appreciated. The price that Matt quoted was very reasonable, for the size of the tree that they were taking down. The guys came out, took the tree down, ground the tree stump down, and cleaned up afterward. All was good! Would I hire them again to do work in the future--absolutely!

Mark was responsive to our request for a bid and provided the bid promptly. His price was competitive, it was easy to confirm his license status, and the reviews on Angie's list were helpful. They completed the project last Friday -- what a difference in our yard! The crew arrived with good instructions, we showed them the details of the project. They completed the trimming that day, completed all the clean-up, and hauled away a large amount of trimmings. Our neighbor was impressed also and asked for a card. We will definitely contact Lone Oak again for our future trimming needs.

The owner Matt came to do an estimate and was articulate in discussing what was involved in reshaping and trimming the trees. Two of the three trees were huge and taking over our front and back yards so it was a significant job (at least to me). Matt was with the crew (four young men) when they arrived on the appointed day and was in charge of the work from start to finish. They did an excellent job with the trees and the clean up was thorough. He showed up on time for the estimate and the job. I paid $590 after using the $50 coupon from Angie's List. It was a very positive experience and I'll hire them again when the time comes again!

The crew arrived on time. They worked carefully to prevent damage to a nearby fence and other tree, and they took care to move potted plants out of the work area so they didn't get damaged. I am very happy with the way they did this tree removal and glad to recommend Lone Oak Tree Service.

I call Matt on 2-24-18 Sat he called me on Mon. 2-26 he came by for an est. on Tues. 2-27. He trimmed and did some weight reduction on my 11 yr. old Chinese Elm in my backyard on Wed. 2-28. Matt and 2 men arrived at 8 am on time. They did an excellent job trimming the tree took 2 hrs. While there: I asked him if he could remove the Crepe Myrtle tree up against my house in the front yard down to the ground. It's clogs my gutters every year. He did so gladly for $25. They cleaned up both front & backyard excellent job. I've recommended Matt to 2 people the same day. Excellent job, price very reasonable will use again

I highly recommend Lone Oak Tree Service. Matt was very responsive to my request for a quote. He quickly set up a time to come look at the trees and provided me with a very reasonable estimate to remove them. Matt and his crew were punctual, removed the trees and ground down the trunks in no time plus a few extra items. All of the debris was removed and the areas where they worked were cleaned. I was very satisfied.

Matt responded right away to schedule a date and time to provide an estimate. Although we had to reschedule a few times, on the date we settled upon to remove three trees and grind down the trunks, Matt and his team arrived early and had the work done pretty quickly. I'm impressed by the professionalism of Matt and his team, and I am on the schedule to have more work done. Well done, Lone Oak Tree Service!

He came and gave us an estimate. They sent two of his colleagues back another day. They did a good job. They cleaned up everything after they were finished and took the branches they removed with them which was great.  The price was reasonable. They did a good job. I had no complaints with the job they did. He was working on another job somewhere else and they came a little bit later than what they said they were going to come, but he did told me that.
