Arrived early we weren’t home, started working straight away! Great work ethic!

They quoted an amazing price for the removal and stump grinding of 11 trees. The crew showed up on time, were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I have already recommended them to my friends.

Was originally told work would be done on tuesday and wednesday. Came Tuesday only, did not finish and it took a week for them to come back and finish. Needed some extra work done as stump originally tagged for leaving had to be removed. Extra to remove was very expensive. Asked them to remove roots they left sticking up so a lawn mower could get over them... did not do it. Left gate to pasture open when they left. Had a branch removed that had a cable from it to another branch. Left a piece of the branch dangling from the cable instead of removing it. Had canopy of trees raised and they left a lot of small bare branches dangling below instead of removing them

They showed up on time. The whole crew knew what they were doing. Very efficient. The price was right. When they left, they didn't leave a mess. Very Happy with the work!

They did the job as expected within cost.

The crew were very professional, listened to my concerns, and did more pruning on the tree than they expected, for the same price, because there was a communication problem between what I expected and what they were told to do. The person who did the estimate did not come with the crew to guide them, and the crew foreman gave me more advice than the estimator did, specifically that the tree needed to be removed altogether. I can’t afford removal right now, but when I can, I will call Lone Oak.

I hired Lone Oak to cut-down a LARGE tree in my front yard and they did so BEAUTIFULLY!!! While they were here, I asked their foreman IF they also did large area brush removal and he willingly gave me an AMAZING quote then and there!!! These guys were AMAZING and NOT only trimmed and removed MANY overgrown bushes in my front and backyard, but they cleaned-up SO thoroughly and left NO mess behind!!! They do great job

Some of the work was excellent, but they cut my electrical wires and refused to repair them. I paid extra money to have my almond tree cut into firewood, but they didn't do that. I also had another tree stump that they said they would cut up for me, but didn't do it. Very disappointed!

They did a great job of cleaning up and taking care not to damage any other parts of the yard.

They did a great job and cleaned up everything and the most polite crew I have ever hired. First off Matt came out and gave us a price and came on time. Others Tree Service's keep calling and alway had to reschedule. Matt first thing was to hand his business card to us with contractor license and bond # on it and that was big plus!! Will hire again and let others know about Matt and his crew.
