"I am sorry you felt compelled to write this review. William, we have serviced your Queen Palm Trees since 2016. We have always done fantastic work. Your yard presents some challenges with servicing the Queen Palm Trees, in that, there are many sensitive plants, patio furniture, and landscape fixtures below the trees. You were so impressed with our service you continued to invite us back. One year I informed you that Lone Oak was not servicing the Tracy area any longer. You requested that we keep you as a client. I agreed. In August this year (2020) we serviced your Palms and as typical debris does end up in the pool. As a tree service, we do remove debris from the pools of our clients but we do not carry pool nets and always rely on using the net of the homeowners to remove debris from the pool. The net attached to your pole was a skimmer net. We removed the skimmer net and attached the deep pocket net. You reported to me that we broke the skimmer net. My supervisor was still in your area and he returned to inspect the damage. The net was functional with no damage and sent me a video demonstrating the condition of the net. I do not understand your complaint."

"Kathy, You are correct, clean up is supposed to be part of our scope for a complete job. I apologize for leaving a mess behind that you had to clean up."
