The remodel went pretty well, however the follow up service has been terrible. We had soft close hinges installed and one of the failed, We asked for the part number to replace it and were to it was under warranty, it has been a year with many requests and it still has not been replaced. These people have the worst customer service ever. I would not recommend them to anyone who expects good customer service.

See above, new kitchen, totally. They will not fix their mistakes or parts that never worked right. Don't call back just give you the BS, and then nothing!! I have been wasting my breath and time.
