Mark and Sandy were very professional. I received a quote within 2 hours. Mark came out and gave us an estimate on Friday and he installed the doors the following Tuesday. Mark had to do special framing since it is an old garage. He spent time explaining how the system works and pointed out all the necessary features. Marks price was reasonable and he made sure to give us his number if any issues or questions came up.

When I called a woman answered by saying hello. No name of company offertory, I had to ask if I had the right place. Then I was informed (the man) is out and won’t be home until tonight. Never offered to ask is she could arrange talking with (the man). Wow if this is how they start, I sure won’t be during them.

They were on time for the appointments and called to come a day sooner since my part was in.

I requested and received estimates, and talked with, several local dealers and 'big-box' stores. The estimate from Ichord Overhead Garage Doors was several hundred dollars less, and, even honored the Angie's List coupon, lowering the cost further. In a few moments talking with Mark, I knew he was the right choice. He turned out to be the ultimate professional. He was to the spot on time for both the measuring appointment and the installation. The day of the installation, there was a glitch at his suppliers, not having the doors ordered in stock. A switch was made to an upgraded door, but Mark stuck to his original estimate. He arrived on time, and said the job would be finished in the early afternoon. Again, spot on the timing, finishing in roughly five hours, i.e., slightly after noon. Another of our concerns was that the old doors and materials be recycled. Mark complied, even giving us the name of the recycling company. Everything, doors, new rails, new openers, wiring, safety sensors, and remotes, are now in, of good quality, and working quietly. We couldn't be more pleased with Mark and Ichord. On a five star rating, I would give him a ten, and highly recommend him to anyone.

Amazing. The guys were right on time at 8 a.m. and got right to work. They not only fixed the broken cable and the loose wire on the opener, but also fixed the brackets on the sensors, and replaced many missing bolts, tightened and "tuned up" the door. Very reasonable price, would HIGHLY recommend them for any garage door work

I called Ichord and he said he'd be there between 11 and 1. He arrived at 11:05, assessed the situation and gave me the choices. I decided to try and fix it rather than replace it and Mark went to work on it. He straightened the bent frame and the bent tracks, realigned the door, adjusted the spring mechanism and installed a support beam across the bottom. He had all the tools and parts on his truck and did an excellent job. I really appreciate that he was efficient, on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend Ichord Overhead Garage Doors to anyone who needs their garage door serviced. His price was very reasonable and I had him add new weatherstripping on the bottom of the door. VERY happy with the service I received!!

They installed and painted the new door in one day. Left touch up paint, which was needed.

The serviceman, Mark, was very professional and completed a series of inspections on the door opener as well as the door and all components. Lubed all moving parts, adjusted spring tension, and identified things that could use work and might cause future problems. I was pleased with the results of the "tune up". Will be having them back to replace the rollers (28 years old!) and bottom seal on the door.

It went Great! They showed up on time for both the estimate and the instillation. Got job done in the time they said it would take. Everything neat and tidy when they were done. The service person arrived on time and was professional. He described the service to me. He then went to work inspecting the door opener. The door needed new sensors and we needed another remote. He completed the work in a timely manner.
