Rentals - Parties
Chairs and all delivered on time but upon delivery told me that the credit card used was declined. He went ahead and delivered chairs with the belief that it would be remedied which was attempted. The following Monday called the owner to give revised credit card info. By the time it was over three GOOD credit cards were declined. By this time they were to pick the chairs up on Monday but did not let me know a time so was not met at the event place when he arrived and of course building was locked. He then said he would be out Wednesday morning. On Tuesday saw that credit card charge took place. I called to ask what time on Wednesday and was then told not until Thursday. I told him that would not work for the event building owner so he then told me it would cost $150 to pick up order on Wednesday the day he actually stated first but then changed his mind.
Items rented were fine. Professionalism of this company has ALOT to be desired and I will never use them again.
