I contacted the provider around 11AM. He stated that there was a call in a town close to ours and offered to do the repair today. After finishing the first repair, he called us to let us know that he was on his way. Once he arrived, the provider diagnosed the condition relatively quickly. The provider did not have the part with him so he made a few phone calls and went to pick the item up. Within an hour the oven's element was repaired and in working order. The provider even offered a senior discount.

Donny called about 40 minutes prior to coming to my house, allowing me time to leave work and get home. He arrived 10 minutes early. He quickly assessed the problem which was a very clogged filter. There was no way I could have ever done this repair myself. He fixed the problem and the whole job only took about 45 minutes. He indicated before he even came out his service charge was $70.00 and I thought his overall invoice for $125.00 was reasonable. Others I called told me they normally charge $45, but for my "type" of washer it would be $150 just to do an estimate. I will call Don's Appliance again if needed.

This is the second time I have used Don for appliance repair. His prices are fair and he is on time, calling first to confirm. He is helpful and answers questions. I have confidence in what he tells me and his workmanship.

My experance with Don of "Don's Appliance Repair" went much better than I may have expected. I use a lot if contractors and repair professionals. We will "again" be using Don's Appliance Repair as our primary appliance person from now on. I'll be sending a review on a contractor I got from Angie's List as soon as his work is done also.

I made a service call and Don came out and put in a temp part. He cam in a weeker with the part he ordered. My stove is a Kitchen Aid professional and he knew exactly what the problem was, because he's seen it before.

My relatives called a repairman when their refrigerator/freezer started to defrost (it stopped working). The first repairman came out to inspect and said that it needed to be recharged with freon and that he would have to come back the next day to do the repair. Relative called me to explain situation and both of use thought to strange that he didn't carry freon with him on a refrig repair, by the way his quote was $240.00, including the 1st service call. I advised to suck up the $40.00 service call and let me see what I could do. I checked on Angles list and found Don's Appliance Repair that was near their house and called and left message in the early evening. Don returned call shortly and I explained situation. The next day he called on relatives home and evaluated that the fridge was to old and needed to much $ to repair without certain results and advised they buy a new one or get a different one. The fridge is only about 25 years old and we all agreed that without a certain outcome his advise was good. For $40.00 he spent a lot of time and did a lot of checks and took time to explain the situation. We all believed he gave us good honest advise for the minimum reward for himself. They were very good. He made sure that different things were clean under the stove when he took it apart. When he got the part, he called me right away and brought it right out. They are very friendly people. I have no complaints. The day I called him, it was raining, and he came right out. I didn't shop around for prices, but the stove got fixed, and I was happy about that.
