Great job and good to have the job done quickly and professionally

They contacted me immediately after I put in my request. They showed up on time. They took care of the job quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

A famous home appliance store referred me to Ken for my shower door installs. He contacted me promptly, and I text him links to the exact doors that we needed installed. He gave me a very reasonable quote, and we scheduled the install for a week and a half out. The evening before, he told me we needed to reschedule because he had made other plans. We rescheduled for the following day. He showed up and started unpacking the shower doors. I left to run errands. A half hour later I got this text, **I assumed we were installing a stock home appliance store shower door. We do not have the tools to cut that metal. I am sorry** I responded with **That is incredibly disappointing. I had texted you the links of the doors so that you knew what you were dealing with. You do not have them at all, or you just do not have them with you?** He never responded. When I returned, I found he had left. Left the pieces to the shower door all over the counter. Now I am scrambling to find somebody who can actually do this in time for our inspection.

Good job would use them again

Very responsive and quick to assist. Very knowledgeable in their skilset. I'd call them first and hire them for any and every home repair that comes up.

ken responded promptly, was personable,very capable to put up blinds and long curtain rods i needed done . the work was performed quickly and the work area left clean. donna was very polite and coordinated the bid and resulting work completely to my satisfaction. i was very happy with their work will use them again.

Father and son were very professional and did their work with great care. They also did clean the clothes dryer vent and took out lints that were trapped inside. They repair one of my dining room chairs. I had to call them again another day to replace the valve under the septic tank, because it leaked. They are trustworthy and eager to do their job well.

Had good experience

Ken and his son arrived within the scheduled window time. Both were polite and did a great job installing my over the range microwave. I plan to continue to use them for future projects. In addition Donna was very helpful and polite.

Also built a shed-excellent work.

Never finished,bad work had to hire someone else to repair their work.

The experience was exemplary from Donna, the assistant who returned my call & scheduled the service, to the two gentlemen who came out to assemble my elevated container gardens. They did an excellent job on the gutter cleaning for all of my houses. Waiting on bids for the other work to be done which seems a little slow in coming. These will be the people I will use for any small odd job.

They replaced 4 ceiling fans and replaced 5 faucets. Great job.

Ken took care problem even though he does not do that type of work. He will be my to go to guy from here on out

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND QUALITY OF WORK IS QUESTIONABLE. I HIRED CARNES 2 WEEKS AGO TO DO SEVERAL SMALL, MINOR PROJECTS - REPLACE A DOOR KNOB(ONLY ONE COMPLETED), INSTALL A SINK, REPLACE 2 SCREEN WINDOWS, REPLACE A SCREEN DOOR, REPAIR THE HANDLE ON A GLASS DOOR. THEY COULD NOT COMPLETE THE WORK BECAUSE, AS THEY TOLD ME, A WATER PIPE BROKE AT ANOTHER JOB THEY WERE DOING. THE DISPOSAL ON THE SINK THEY INSTALLED LEAKS. THEY NEVER ANSWERED ANY OF MY EMAILS (SENT 4-6) OR CALLED ME DESPITE HAVEING BOTH MY EMAIL AND CELL #.

Major back yard clean up and trimming & font yard clean up.They are a little pricey but they work very hard. However, I would have liked to see the area behind my shed cleaned out. Overall I am pleased with the work.

He did not show up and complete the job. Air conditioning vents did not fit; had to have some else fix his mistakes.

Father and son made my wife feel like she was a queen with a dream

Came on time,left at noon to do another job. 2nd day same thing, but told me he'd be back the next day to finish. Waited all day he did not come and didn't even call. Later in the evening his wife called to tell he'd be there next morn at 10am. He was on time and acted quite belligerant, when he was done, he came into my front room and said give me my check old lady, not funny!!
