+ -1 moreMy 7-year old Viking built-in refrigerator started leaking water and stopped cooling reliably. I called my regular appliance repair company who determined that the seal system had failed. They don't work on refrigeration, so they referred me to Viking. Viking provided me with a few companies, of which I chose Taylor. Alex is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. He quickly identified the problem, ordered the warranty parts and scheduled a return visit to complete the repairs. I would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Repaired seal system, replaced door seal, replaced evaporator fans in Viking built-in refrigerator. Replaced axial fans in Viking built-in refrigerator and built-in freezer. Replaced door bushing in Viking built-in freezer. Replaced igniters in Viking Range.
