He charged us $$$ to remove a small spot of mold under a bar sink. Very minor but supposedly it was black mold so we used this professional company. They don't offer any guarantee that the  mold will be entirely gone and hold no responsibility if they break/damage anything. So  guess what, they damaged our concrete counters that were brand new and they wouldn't  compensate us for any part of having them repaired.
It was over priced to start with and then we had to have another inspector out to check the mold was really gone; another $450, and then have the insides of the cabinet redone by another guy as well as have the counters fixed. $$$$$$$$
No way I'd recommend them. Waste of money and not for an above par service.
