Evoclear Water Systems

Installed this system a few years back, and now that we need to refill the media on the tanks it's unreachable. The website redirects to junks paid sites. Don't buy it.

Totally misled by false advertising on Web Site.
Based on this information I selected to Purchase the " EvoClear Filter/Salt-Free Softener Combo"
Due to my health I was no longer able to use a salt based water softener. Water Hardness and scale build up was my number one problem. The following are direct quotes pulled from the Web Site:

EvoClear has been synonymous with the SAFEST and SOFTEST water on the market.
I Purchased the test kit they suggested and ran the test. the following are the results
Total Hardness 250 - 450 **
Total Chlorine .5 - 1
Alkalinity 180 - 240 **
pH 6 - 7 *
Nitrate 0 - .5
Copper 1.0
Iron 0 - .3 *
* Border Line       ** Outside Limits
they provided the following response:
"Sorry for late response. Regarding the test results you sent, your total hardness remains the same pre and post a salt free system.
Other factors contributing to overall hardness besides calcium and magnesium are naturally occurring sulfates and silica among others. Our filtration system does not affect alkalinity or PH levels. The chlorine is at a safe level as we
warranty it to be."
Notice the comment on Hardness a salt free system does not
reduce harness. So how do they get by with making the claims?
