Perfectly! See above for detailed work performed. Two days later the freezer is holding at zero degrees and the refrigerator is at 37 degrees both on # 3 on the dial, which is medium power. He saved us about 10K reviving our 15 yr. old built-in KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer. Konstantin is the only professional in the Santa Barbara area who will work on Built-in refrigerator/freezers.

Our 17 year old refrigerator was no longer cooling or freezing.  I contacted DK Appliance repair on Monday and set up an appointment for Tuesday @ 9AM.  Constantine was there promptly and even placed a courtesy call 15 minutes prior to arrival to verify time and address.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts.  Because the heaters (defrosters) had been out for some time, there was a huge sheet of ice around the cooling mechanism which restricted air flow and kept the unit from cooling.  He defrosted that, cleaned the area and made sure we had cooling capability until the new defrosters and timer could be installed.  In total he spent about 90 minutes on the job. 

He called us three days later to set up another appointment to install the new parts.  Again, he arrived promptly and very quickly installed the new items.

Work was done quickly, efficiently and there was no need for me to clean up afterwards.  I am very impressed with the professional and friendly service and will most definitely call DK Appliance repair in the future.

The screws were so rusted out some of them broke when he was removing them, but he got new screws and managed to do a super job. I was very pleased with his work.

He made three trips without extra service charge. The burner was faulty, but he was up front on the cost and the time needed to get the parts and the time he would take for replacement.

called DK Appliance and after explaining the problem I was experiencing, the technician was very detailed in what he thought could be the problem. I set up a Sat appoint. and he called ahead to let me know he was on his way. It took him about 15 minutes to identify the problem and another 15/20 to fix the issue.
I was impressed with the punctuality/knowledge and professionalism of the technician.
Would definitely recommend and use them again.
Side note, I found a 15% new customer coupon on their web site that I printed and the technician honored when calculating the bill.

My dishwasher was clogged. He took it apart, cleaned it and told me different things to do on how to clean it. He was nice and did a great a job. They are professional, friendly and accurate. They are good at their job.

Can out same day and had the part fixed washer and can back a few days later and installed dryer door (handle was broken). The repairmen had a lot of experience with the units and did some preventive care when the front panel was off so that the unit would continue to function well and not just replace the parts and go away. Only group I will even use for appliance repair or service.
