Amir just left my house. I have to tell you that it isn't very often in the mechanical services industry that you call a company and tell them you have tons of problems and they come out and help you in the professional way that Amir did for me. I called them on July 27th at 830 in the morning to report to them that my air conditioning unit was bad and needed to be replaced. Our vents in our house were barely blowing any kind of air and it was kind of luke warm. This is a very busy week for any AC company, but Amir took it upon himself to squeeze me into their busy day. He came to my house at 545pm and I showed him where the AC unit was and explained our problems to him. We looked around the house and checked 3-4 things I assume gave him the verdict that he delivered to me. He checked into the attic, the vents, the return, took measurements on the condenser outside to see if it was gone or going bad. Amir spent about 35 minutes with me going over some scenarios that I could use to improve my air conditioning. He told me "There's nothing wrong with your air conditioning. You need more insulation in the attic. You need to have the contractor who installed your heater to come and do his job to code. You need to change your filter every 2 months. Your filter was just so bad that it was stopping the machine from functioning properly. There are so many companies out there that would take a customer that is ready to spend money on something they think is broke, and take their money for them. Amir was very honest with me. He spent 35 minutes of his time with me explaining to me, the dummy homeowner, how to take care of my own air conditioning, when he could have spent that time taking my money. Honesty goes so far these days. It is so refreshing when you have someone like Amir and Anthony from Heating, Cooling and Beyond, show up to your home and tell you the way it is in the selfless manner that they did. I will highly recommend these guys if you are in need of air conditioning service for your home or business. I can't say enough about those ethics and the moral value that I just witnessed. They showed up when they said they would. Completed the job the same day by working their backsides off and charged exactly what they said they would. They were efficient and professional taking care to clean up, leaving everything the way it was when they arrived. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent job! They did inspection and the report indicated that there was a part currently working that could fail sometime in the future. There was no pressure to up-sell or replace the part as the inspection had already been completed and the report written. I requested that the worn part be replaced. I will use this company for all future heating/air conditioning needs.

It went fine as the gentleman, who did the work also owns the company, was pleasant, timely, and explained the relative longevity of the various electrical components of the system. I was a little taken back by the vacuum/clear wood chips instructions since both were minor (I did as instructed). Had he taken the few minutes to do these and tell me that he found and corrected them I would have rated the service as an "A".

Amir (the owner) showed up on time, was very nice and professional. He told me the things I would need to fix in the near future. My air conditioning is 27 years old, so there are things that are not to code. I did not have the extra work done at the time, but fully intend to use this company when I do. A +++++++++

Amir was friendly and helpful. He completely serviced our heater and air conditioner. He had to add refrigerant ,which added to the base cost. But he was fair and honest.

It went very well. Amir is very meticulous in his work. Very clean, neat and tidy. Nice and friendly, too.

They provided good customer service but I live outside their service area, so I wasn't able to use them.

AMIR called to say he was on his way, and arrived about 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. He came into the home and started the A/C unit and connected his gages. He noticed and showed me that the start contact for compressor was dirty but still operating properly and told me to be careful about getting water inside panel as gasket was not sealing completely. Overall unit was operating smoothly and did not need freon. He then went upstairs and used his ladder to access the air handler unit for inspection. He suggested I think about adding a kill switch and drain for this unit, to insure no condensate leakage. He sprayed water to clean condenser coils in main unit in patio, and wrote up his report and received my Angie's List Coupon for this BIG DEAL. Overall AMIR was thorough and professional. His quotes on future replacement parts such as adding the kill switch & drain on air handler, the compressor start contact and capacitor was quite expensive... But I will quote these items to compare sometime soon. I am satisfied that my A/C unit is in good operating condition and ready for the summer season.

I bought Angie's Big Deal and was a little nervous that the company would use it as an excuse to sell me services I didn't need. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I not get sold a bill of goods but got so much more than I paid for. My filter was filthy so a new washable one was provided and installed. Both the heater and the A/C were checked out and I was given some very good advice about saving energy and making my units last. I also should add that I bought the Big Deal for an A/C-Heater tune-up and was able to get an appointment the same day! I will definitely use them again should I have any real problems.

Amir did a wonderful job installing our new Air Conditioning Unit, Duct work and new Furnace. He is so polite and professional. He came highly recommended by another service provider we used on renovations for our home. We are glad we chose him for the job. Amir was great! We had central air added to our existing heating system and ductwork. He came in and gave us a very straightforward quote. He told us exactly what he was going to do and what we would be charged for, including the various permits required for the entire installation. He had a team of guys come to the house and they laid out protective tarps and sheets to keep the carpet clean. They removed the old heater for us (which was 30 years old and needed to be replaced anyway) and installed a new one along with the AC unit outside. Their work looks great, they cleaned up all the mess way better than my expectations. On top of that, they removed our old crusty wall units for free. Good riddance! The new AC works great, and just in time for summer!

Amir did a great job with the installation of our Heating and AC unit on our roof. Everything was done smoothly and correctly. Very professional and attentive to any concerns the customer may have.

Service the Air conditioner. Completely checked the system and gave a report on the cost to service, It is a old unit so also got a quote to get new one. While inspecting he also had fixed some screws ans minor things which was overlooked by other providers very professional company .

The furnace at my rental condo stopped functioning. I found Heating Cooling and Beyond, Inc. on Angie's list. I was impressed by the positive reviews. Amir accommodated my tenant's schedule and showed up as planned. He recommended that my heating unit be replaced because it was outdated and its manufacturer out of business. He also gave me a price to replace the A/C unit. I knew both units were 25 year-old and in need of replacement sooner or later. I decided to proceed with the replacement of both units rather than slowly bleed by paying for their servicing every so often. He quoted me $4,700 for evrything, which based on my own previous experience of replacing the heating and cooling units of my own house through Costco I found reasonable. What I found refreshingingly honest is that he, on his own, called me after we agreed on the price to tell me that he could upgrade the 2.5 ton to a 3 ton heater without an extra charge. What is more, he agreed to do the necessary upgrade to the ducting required by a 3 ton again without an extra charge. He and his crew showed up on time and completed the job as agreed. My tenant was also impressed by their professionalism. After the job was done, Juan patiently explained how everything worked and showed me all the features of the new system. My guess is that if he keeps up this level of service and pricing, he will soon expand to a become a major player in this field. I recommend him highly and will definitely use him for all my HVAC needs in the future.

I have had no problems with the company whatsoever. They are responsive, on time, and do excellent work. I have been in the building industry for more than 50 years, and this company is exemplary. In fact, it is the best company that I have ever worked with.

We had a great experience with this company. They saved us thousands and thousands of dollars (I think over $7,000) by suggesting that we replace two older heating/cooling units (one was very old but sort of OK and the other was completely broken) by installing one larger unit to control both zones. All other vendors who bid on the job suggested two separate units. Amir explained that with this option, we would not be able to heat one area and air condition another at the same time (who wants to do that?), giving me the information I needed to make my own decision. Heating, Cooling and Beyond employees were courteous, on time and clean. They return phone calls immediately and I feel like if we ever had a problem they would stand by their work. We would use them again in a minute.

The company did a careful and comprehensive job of diagnosing my problem and describing three levels of repair or replacement. They arrived on time and provided me with the estimates quickly. The estimates were carefully described and the potential costs of each option were clear.

We were very impressed with how promptly they showed up. They were very professional, courteous and polite. They took the time to do the job right and explain to us the importance of maintaining the system clean. They did the job and left no mess! Very happy with their service and will definitely use them again for our house and the rental properties we own!

They started in the morning, they were prompt in time, they were polite and presentable. They were working fast and efficient. They covered all the working areas and the stairs. when they were done every thing was clean. All the systems worked perfectly and it was quiet:)) Amir was working the entire time with another service person. Amir made sure that we understand how everything works before he left.
