"Thank you for this review. We did not expect anything less from you. Your unfounded accusations and lies proves that Heating Cooling and Beyond, Inc is a company with integrity. We have decided to refund your credit card payment of $240.00, not because you are in the right. We did so because we will not allow ourselves to be dragged down by someone with low values and bad character. You have hired our company to perform maintenance knowing that your system was not operating. We arrived to your home on time and met your nanny Yani. We spent 2 hours maintaining your air conditioning and found that the Trane condenser had a failed ECM motor. We only use original equipment parts and gave you a fair price for the replacement. It was your choice to use our company for the repair or hire someone else that would be willing to install after market parts. We have replaced 4 filters - 2 of them size 12X12X1, 1 of them was 14X30X1, and 1 of them was a special MERV 8 20X25X4. The list of services that we had performed that day is too large to list in this reply. We hope you will put this money to good use."

They have come a couple of times. They seem to be good, they seem to be okay. He said this was bogus and that I did not need to do that. He said he was just going to tape it up for me, so I said okay. It was $89 for some tape. He was a nice guy, but that's what it cost. To improve, all I could say is a little knowledge. He seemed to be know what he was talking about, but, again, the gas company themselves would probably disagree with his assessment and what he did. I think if I had the gas company back in they would ask who I had do this shoddy work and they did write down what they wanted done. It was three pieces of tape and a 15 minute visit.
