Ori and assistant arrived punctually.  I appreciated that they even brought shoe covers (on a rainy day).  The furnaces both quit heating during the last cold spell. First, Ori explained that the furnaces were quite old and might be repaired, or need replacement. Luckily for us, he examined the units thoroughly and figured out which parts were broken.  He went to pick up parts (Control Board) for the garage unit and came back the same day to fix it.  We were glad we did not need layers of blankets to sleep that night.  Replacing units would have cost over $1,000 each plus installation charges.  The attic unit needed parts to be ordered, and he came back 2 days later to repair it.  Galaxy is very professional, straight forward and conscientious.  He always gave me status and updates.  I asked about Air Conditioning units, and Ori said we need to wait till weather to tune up.  I will call them again.

Galaxy did fantastic work.   We have used them in the past and have always found them to be fast. reliable, and courteous.   I would highly recommend them to others.   We plan to use them for additional plumbing and air conditioning work.

Everything went as planned.  His workers were able to crawl underneath the house to dig out the rusted old iron pipes and replace them with ABS plastic pipes.  No problems were encountered.    Any cement that was broken to reach the pipes was replaced with new cement.

Do get a copy of what you sign for the estimate.  I didn't and then I questioned the final bill.  What I had originally signed as the estimate was the final bill.

I did not think that locating the leak was over and above the zoning  as the leak was most likely in the attic where the duct work connected to the compressor.

On only three-hours notice, Ori from Galaxy, agreed to send a man to patch the concrete foundation slab hole which Galaxy opened to repair a water leak (reported on a previous case). Since we had scheduled someone else to replace the drywall removed as a result of the water leak, we had forgotten to patch the hole made for plumbing and Ori quickly obliged our needs.

Ori was a courteous, thoughtful, fair contractor who kept our needs topmost in his mind. He was also very honest and gave us suggestions about what to expect in solving our plumbing issues and the damage resulting from the leak. His workers were careful, experienced and thoughtful.

We have used him several times. He has saved us money and has trouble shooted things that others couldn't and has improved on them. He is always on time and cleans up afterwards.
