I was expecting to have to wait around until 1 pm or so, but they said they'd call 15 minutes before arriving. At 9:50 am I got a call that they'd be there in 15 minute, and sure enough, Frank showed up at 10:05. I appreciate their being on time and showing up when they said they would.
Frank set right to work, and cleaned the burner, working on it until he was sure it would light every single time. He was knowledgeable, tenacious, very courteous, and even carefully wiped his feet before he came in - very considerate. I feel I got a real bargain for $50.
I will definitely use this company again, and recommend them to friends.
