? I rarely leave negative reviews, but Ecotech Pool Service earned this one. I confirmed an appointment with them on Tuesday, and I even mentioned that their Yelp rating was a #2. Mike in the office assured me their reviews weren?t accurate and that their technicians were ?professional,? so I went ahead and confirmed the service for Wednesday. Wednesday morning, I texted to double-check my appointment and asked if they could narrow the window down from 10am?3pm. Mike said they couldn?t. So I cleared my entire day and stayed home waiting. No technician, no update, no courtesy call. Nothing. At 3:30, after hearing absolutely zero from anyone, I emailed the company asking if someone was still coming. Mike then called me and told me the technician was sick and wouldn?t be coming at all. He also accused me of being ?negative? because I had mentioned their Yelp reviews earlier. The conversation was unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly shocking for a service company. Now I completel

Came out and look at my pump for 1 min and said I needed a new drive. After 2 weeks I called for a status and they couldn?t locate the part. I called the manufacturer and found 2 local companies that could get it and gave them the information. One more week and they said parts were on order and would be here Thursday. Friday I called and parts were on order, Monday again parts on order. 5 weeks later and parts still on order. My filters are ruined, my pool is green. I called another company and they were out today with the part and it?s not the problem. My pool has been down since first week of July and we are now in second week of August and still without a working pump. Look at their yelp reviews, they are not a reliable company.

We were given a detailed estimate and a number of options. The estimate was below other estimates we had received. They showed up on time, worked closely with other tradesmen we had hired (The kiln required a firebrick wall behind it) and completed the work as scheduled. They cleaned up after themselves, and left the area looking as if the equipment had been there all along. We were very pleased with the job.
