Their prices are more than reasonable. Don Casino is the owner. He is fantastic. He goes out of his way to really give you multiple options for solutions. So, he is not your traditional guy that's gonna come in and tell you that you need to buy this and that and he's gonna charge you this much for the work and this much for the materials. He will honestly give you a number of options from the low-cost-saving options to the no-cost-saving options to the most expensive options and what you take is up to you. He does not try to upsell you with crazy upgrades to your hardware. He is just an honest worker. His demeanor and customer service is really good, more friendly and really great working with homeowners.

Our heater broke in middle of winter. Owner Don told us we needed to replace entire heating/AC unit but we weren't ready for expense so he fixed the heater (for less than $100 including labor) and it lasted all winter. When we finally did replace whole unit, Don was here the whole time doing the work with an assistant. He was always on time, professional and did thorough work. Never a hard sell. When we had a (small) follow-up problem, he came back and fixed it right away at no charge. Knows his stuff, never a hard sell, would use him again in a minute. Have recommended him to friends who were also happy.

HE CAME THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED HIM. HE CAME ABOUT 5:30 AT NIGHT. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND SHOWED ME SOME THINGS THAT I COULD WATCH FOR MYSELF. I WOULD CALL HIM AGAIN.
