We financed owner home in a Arm Loan. Well we wanted a 30 yr fixed. Well we tried to refinance the loan with them, they said ok. Well the loan person said we are waiting for the underwriting. Don't make no payments. We waited almost 2 to 3 mths, never heard from them. So we called them, they said "We cant do the loan for you at this time, so we had to catch up with the payments. Then another guy from Countrywide call us said we can do the loan now. Jameson is his name. I said ok so the 2nd guy came by the home did an appraisal, it also cost us another $300. He said the home appraised for $175,000 it will be ok. Countrywide said ok, the process started again. Now the loan officer, Jamason Billeard, said ok now all we are doing is the underwriting. 2 months pass then he said don't make no payments. Well then the 3rd mth pass. He called & said Countrywide put 2 mths 60 days late on owner credit & now he can't refinance the home. We are now stuck in the arm lone & its still going up in %.
