poor excuse of a company, sky high rip off prices with poor results, 12mps is what i would expect in 200, this is 2016.
bad routers and you have to hire these? wow, bigest garbage ive seen from a provider and ive traveled many parts of the world living, usa is one of them, technology as they call it is from the 60's, might as well be as they are certainly smoking something, AVIOD this rip off scam and go elsewhere. when a replacement router is sent, its a refurb. when i called customer so called services they really was not interested.

I haven't had any issues with their service and they actually answer the phone when I call. A person actually answers the phone when I call.
