We bought our house 2 1/2 years ago, septic system was supposedly certified, but the company that provided the service did not leave with our Realtor, or mail to us, a diagram of where our septic tank was. Called that company and they gave us a general idea. While we were trying to locate the tank ourselves we stumbled on the distribution box and discovered it was damaged.
Darrell came out to our house and arrived when he said he would. We showed him the distribution box, as well as a copy of the certification from the company that certified our tank. Certification stated we had two seepage pits, which was incorrect. Darrell located the leach lines right away. After locating the actual septic tank, and removing the lids of both sides, Darrell pumped the tank. After that was completed he repaired the distribution box and installed the risers for the septic tank (both sides).
Couldn't be happier with the service that was provided and the professionalism of Darrell.
"Thank you so much."
Supposed to get a septic certification. The workers spoke little English and told us we had to dig up the septic lines so they could inspect them. NOT how a septic certification works! Digging up the lines would have damaged them! I spoke to the business owner to figure out what his workers were trying to do. He told me he needed to speak to his crew to know what was going on. He was argumentative and failed (several times) to call me back. Problems could have been resolved had he respond out to my house to oversee the issues, and language barrier, that was created. His solution was to overcharge me for a completely new septic system, which I declined.
I went with another company, who was able to complete some minor repairs, and complete the septic certification.
"Hello [Member Name Removed], My name is Darrell from Darrell's pumping. I have read your review and I am not the company that you are referencing. I do not speak Spanish and I have no employees. Please call me at (951) 928-9029 to further discuss this matter. I would like this post removed as it is affecting my business. Thank you, Darell Abbott"
I followed her to the edge of the yard and there we saw waste water rising to the surface and up doling in the lawn. It was obviously from the septic system. This was especially troubling since I had paid a guy to redo the lach lines three or four years ago and they were not working. my. Son in law and I cleared the access lids to the septic tank and called Darrell who had bee found on Angie's list to pump the tank. He came the next morning as promised and quickly emptied the system. We dug out the outflow side of the tank with my little back how and found that it was not sealed in any way and the pipe to the leach field was only 3 inches wide and not approved for sewers. I knew then we had a real problem and decided to call Darrell for advice and a bid. He quickly responded and gave us afaik price to correct all the problems.
