I contacted Varris through SAG in regards to a refinance and was given a long laundry list of all of the documents I needed to submit. This included W2's, account summaries, pay stubs, proof of home owner's insurance, etc. I sent it on a Thursday and was told I'd be contacted on Monday. It was two weeks before I got a response. This was after calling several times. Every time I spoke to our rep. I was told to send something else. It would take me three-five days to get a hold of him, and then he would give me one piece of info. at a time. FInally, he said I had everything in, although this is now after one month, and then he told me he would contact me once officially approved. It was almost 3 weeks until I heard from him. He said he wasn't sure, but that he would get back to me. Once again! By the time it was all said and done, I spent three months waiting on this company, watching the rates climb. They gave me the run-around and did not take adequate responsibility for it. I would not recommend them at all.
