Terrible. Pre-arranged a time between 9am and noon; we were the first on the list. At 11:37 they called to tell us the van was broken. This was an excuse. The van was said to be coming from San Francisco, approximately 25 minutes away. The supervisor was not sure where the van was being fixed. They had no reason not to inform me earlier in the morning, so I would not have to wait 3 hours before the cancellation. Phase #2: They rescheduled for 5pm and never showed up; never called.
