I purchased strings and had SA restring my racquet and on first use the strings broke. I returned and spoke with Mgr who said he would restring for no cost if I provided strings. I provided strings and waited for promised call, NO call. After several days past promise date i called to ask status. I received a lot of attitude that racquet was not ready and someone "Will" me if I just wait for when it is ready.
I waited another "four" days and drove to the store where i found the racquet still on the wall untouched. When I asked the tech for a status he searched and searched for paperwork which was stuck on top of a filing cabinet. A note on paperwork said frame was broken cannot be restrung.
Why was I not called by restringer to explained issue? why was the break not found when he first restrung it? why did I have to drive down and confront an SA employee and force the issue to find the paperwork and determine the problem. I am not sure how
it could have been handled worse other than the stringer breaking the racquet when he restrung the racquet, possible?
Never going back to SA!!!!!
