I've called Reggie twice and he's come out to my home. The first time he fixed the pipes that had air in them and only charged me for parts. He also suggested several things that I could do myself. The second time he came, he told me that the leak in the irrigation system could be fixed by my gardener at a much lower rate that his. He didn't charge me for coming to my home. I have a call into him right now for some work on the shower in the master bath.

It was great! He listened to what I'd already tried, so didn't repeat that stuff, and got right to the work. He cleaned up well, and didn't do a lot of time wasting chatting, as I have experienced with others (with the clock running). I thought the charges were fair and the service very professional. I will definitely call them again.

He was courteous, timely and reasonable.

I have a pedestal sink in the bathroom which needed to have the handles
replaced. This meant that the sink had to be taken from the wall, the
old handles removed, and new ones installed prior to replacing the sink
on the wall and pedestal.
Reggie completed the job and the sink is, once again, in great working order.

The job was fairly major and urgent, and we had received a bid from someone who was happy to take advantage of the situation.  A friend recommended Reggie and from that point on we had a clear understanding of the job, a fair bid and a successful completion.

Our kitchen sink was draining very slowly, it was time to have the line
snaked. Unfortunately, our older home does not have a cleanout. I called
Reggie and left a message, he called back promptly and set an
appointment. Reggie arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly, took
apart the pipes under the sink, used his powered drain snake to clean
the line (apparently he had to go 40 feet). It worked like a charm and
our sink is back to good as new.
He gave us great recommendations on
helping to keep our older drain pipes in better condition (lots of
enzyme cleaners) and to thin about upgrading our sewer lines to plastic
in the near future to prevent these types of blockages.
At any rate, he was fast, fair and professional. And his rates were reasonable.
I would definitely call Reggie again when we need a plumber.

We had had Reggie out to it once previously when he had been able to unlock it and had on that occasion made no charge for his visit and service since it was only a small job. This time we needed a new unit. Reggie provided it and fitted it on a second visit. His charges were very reasonable, and his work is guaranteed for two years. He was very pleasant and professional throughout.

He was prompt and professional, and always very nice to my child. He also was cost conscious and has twice not charged me for small fixes.  He is the kind of guy that inspires loyalty in a customer.

They are excellent. They have became our regular plumber. We had a problem with the sink because it kept dripping. After they looked at it they saw a much bigger problem. They were the only ones that would come out and fix it. They are very reasonable when it comes to price.

Reggie was professional, fast and with a Great price. His rates are resonable anyway and then he came ready and did the work fast. Some plumber said," It could be complicated, or Maybe 2+ hours..." Not Reggie, he got it done fast and resonably priced.

Reggie checked the water pressure and the pipes under the sink. He was going to replace a t-joint under the sink and then decided to change a piece in the faucet. He also noticed that my toilet ran from time-to-time. He replaced the floating device. He only charged me for parts; he didn't charge me for the call. Since Reggie was here, I haven't had any trouble with pipes or water presssure. I have noticed that other toilets in the house run and need to replace that part. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend him to friends.
