I worked with Rebecca as a seller and had a great experience! She provided me with a lot of information to help me understand how the market looks and what a good strategy and price for listing would be. She brought in a team of people to inspect, fix up, and stage the house, who were all super professional and top notch. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations, and listening to her expertise paid off. All the work we did created interest and added value to the final sale price that wouldn't have been there otherwise. She was also a pleasure to work with and super responsive. I never felt in the dark about the process or anything happening. I hope I get to work with Rebecca again!

This is easy, Rebecca is the best! She helped me buy my first home in 2010, and again found a dream home for me and my wife now in 2020. Both times I've worked with her it's been a pleasure from start to finish. Rebecca is incredibly responsive, always feels like I'm her favorite client. She goes deep into research and comps, really helped us feel secure in our decisions and our offer. Rebecca was referred to me by a work colleague and after meeting with a few other realtors that I didn't feel strongly about, I immediately felt like I was in the right hands when I met with Rebecca. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of hand-holding. We've worked with Rebecca for 4 years and purchased two houses with her, one in San Francisco and one in Bolinas. Rebecca is extremely generous with her time as we looked over a long period of time. She never got tired and genuinely wanted us to find the right house--she never pressured us where we weren't feeling it. Both houses were complicated sales with easements and liens and construction issues. Rebecca was extremely knowledgeable and also did not hesitate to visit planning and other county offices to get us the information we needed to move forward. She was also really good at building relationships with the Seller's agents. We highly recommend her!

Rebecca is AMAZING.  We had to sell a house that had not been kept up to date, was involved in probate (sad and complicated time for us) and, to make it harder, we live in another city. She was undaunted by needed repairs, probate paperwork, etc. She handled all the details that we needed with positive energy, found us good local contractors, oversaw the repairs herself, and really advised us wisely on what to do and not do.  She found us really nice buyers, and if I ever move to the Bay Area, she will be the person I call for any real estate transaction!
