Carlos came out promptly. He assessed the property, answered my questions about the kinds of pesticides he uses, and was extremely informative in response to questions about various other pest questions. I appreciated the fact that he took the welfare of my pet into consideration when talking about what the options were. In the end, we had him spray the house perimeter. He communicated clearly about what to watch for (to figure out whether the one application was doing the trick), and was generally so helpful that I had no qualms about calling him back for rats a day or two later.
