Sean and the team were very responsive and professional form beginning to end. From quoting to planning through the two days of moving, there was very good communication and concern for doing things right. During packing, they provided great care in packing the antiques and moving all items. They did a great job unloading, making sure items were where they should be. Highly recommended.

Sean and his crew were efficient and friendly. I was stressing out about getting our stuff moved from two different locations, but a phone chat with Sean reassured me that the move would go smoothly. On the day of moving, I appreciated that Sean called ahead to let me know they were going to be a little late (10 minutes max). The move was fast and one less thing I needed to worry about. Thanks, Sean! (Also, I'm really sorry I didn't submit this report in a timely fashion.)

They were very good. They got back to me quickly. There were familiar with the apartment complex. They met me at storing before the move. They were right on time. It went quickly. They were very cooperative with doing things the way I needed them done. The final price was less than the quote. They were careful with the quote that I wouldn't get a bill that was higher.

Shawn is a really nice guy and initially seemed to provide great customer service, which is why I hired Moving Mountains. However, when the movers got to my apartment an hour late, they told me that Shawn forgot to actually contact the moving team and advise them about my move, in spite of the fact that I booked the move two weeks prior to the actual move date. According to the movers, Shawn called them the morning of the move - which is why they were an hour late. Once they finally arrived, The movers got off to a good start, but as time when on, it appeared to me that they were "milking the clock" when they realized the move wasn't going to take all day (or shouldn't have taken that long - hence they would'nt be getting the full price quoted if they didn't take all day) e.g. carrying one sofa pillow, or one small box at a time to the truck, one guy standing and watching the other guy disassemble something.... Also, Moving Mountains charges for both travel time AND fuel. Seemed like nickel and diming to me to charge for both, particularly when they were an hour late.

They were great. They took excellent care of the furniture and kept me informed at each decision point. They had some logistical challenges due to the size of the sofa, but worked around them and got the job done.

They were really nice and really fast. They were pretty reasonable priced. The men were wise and didn t break anything. They were really friendly and genuine. I had some sound equipment and paintings that they were especially careful with as well.

Sean showed up a week before the move and did an estimate as well as a not to exceed ceiling. On the day of the move, two of his guys showed up on time with two trucks. Sean had driven by our new house to check the access and ended up renting a smaller truck (at no cost to us) to be able to get to the house. They now needed two trucks to fit all of our stuff. The guys worked non-stop from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM carry all of our boxes and furniture up and down stairs. They took great care and did a fantastic job. Due to the extra work of having to work with two trucks as well as a slight underestimate, we ended up hitting the not to exceed ceiling which meant that they worked for free for the last couple of hours.
