Everything went well until the installation of the trim which I had a different idea and had not discussed. Part had to be removed before the mortar was hard and then the details were discussed in more detail. In addition to the original work there was additional complexity since I bought a tub without apron. An additional outside wall had to be built. I also asked for additional shelves on the corners and installation of a glass door. For the additional work we agreed on additional cost. The original quote had been for $3000. The work was completed with very good quality.
Description of Work: demolish 3 walls of tile and remove old bathtub. install new bathtub and tiling around bathtub, including a frame in front of the bathtub with tiling on that side. Install new plumbing and fixtures including drain, spout faucet and shower rail. Tiling was two colors of stone and trim.
